Unveiling of the Piranha Coaching Plan for 2015

Please join the Coaching Team in Westwood at 11.00am on Saturday, 13th December to learn about the Piranha Coaching Plan for 2015.

On Sunday, November 30th the club hosted a Coach Workshop that was facilitated by Shannon Connolly.  Coaches, Captains,  a few committee members and Aileen Flynn were present.   The objective was to design a coaching framework from which members of all ability and distance can operate, and which integrates the training for the three disciplines.

Please make every effort to come along.   You’ll not be disappointed.

    Well done coaching team! You have put a lot of time, effort and thought into 2015 training. Looking forward to getting mojo back for the up and coming year with the 6 weekly modular aims. The cohesive approach to all disciplines will work well, preventing over training.

    The last marketing executive was WAY better… there were fancy pictures to all these stories!
