Summer Gear Order

Hi all,

We are now ready to take orders for the summer gear.  As with the winter gear, the supplier is VeloRevolution.

At this stage we are focusing on ordering Tri Suits for the new race season and cycle gear for the summer months ahead. To ensure that we have as many members racing in Piranha Tri Suits, the club has agreed to subsidise the cost of the Tri Suits.

SIZING

For those that did not attend the number of arranged fittings over the past month or two, please refer to the following VeloRevolution sizing charts below. In general, the items are an Italian design and may be a slightly tighter fit (obviously this is entirely dependent on each individual).

HOW TO ORDER

Please note the following:

1. Closing date for orders is Wednesday the 22nd of March 2017.
2. Place your order using the PayPal links below.
3. Ensure you provide both size & quantity for all items you are ordering.
4. Ensure to put your name in the order.
5. Once you have placed your order via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal as a form of receipt.
6. We will notify you once the gear is available for collection and the procedure involved in collecting same. Once we place our order we will have a better idea of the actual lead time.  Given that we are now ordering in peak season, VeloRevolution advise that the lead time can be in the region of 7-8-9 weeks, depending on delays etc. Please note that we will try to use our best endeavours to get things moving quickly!

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. We do not intend on placing another summer gear order so please ensure to place your order in time. Depending on the level of demand, the club will consider holding a small amount of stock of Tri Suits.
2. All orders the club places with VeloRevolution are subject to minimum numbers per individual unit (typically 10 for most items and 25 for female specific Tri Suits) so please be advised if you want a particular item of gear but there’s insufficient demand to meet the minimum unit numbers you might have to wait until more members order the same item.
