9-10 pm.

Jack and Lee are coaches.

First 16 who post up please so we’re not overcrowded.

For anyone who hasn’t been to these sessions before they are sessions which focus on swim technique. You will be given pointers on how to improve your stroke. We generally had these sessions once a month up to the beginning of the racing season.
