Reform Coaching (www.reformcoach.ie) is hosting a ‘Re:Thinking Training for Female Triathletes’ workshop for women at their Blackrock studio on Sunday the 4th of March.

Anna Frankland (former Irish National Champion, Founder of Piranha Tri and Director of Reform) has teamed up with Nessa Smith (Reform Sports Physiotherapist and Ironman triathlete), Beth McClusky (sports nutritionist and international runner/mountain biker), and Tadhg Cronin (Triathlon Ireland Level 1 coach & Piranha Tri coach) to deliver a jam packed workshop on Smart training principles for female triathletes.

Reform Coaching knows that Smart training is the key to achieving your goals in training and racing. However, many of us focus on training volume at the expense of proper form, functional strength, session specificity, optimum nutrition and adequate recovery. This results in the inevitable; frustration and time out from training/racing due to injuries & sickness and stagnation in performance.

This workshop is open to all female triathletes from any club/county/level and will provide you with new ideas on how to train smart to avoid the pitfalls of mindless volume based training.
