Important notice for all New and existing members of Piranha Triathlon Club

There seems to be some slight confusion over what you need to have to be a member of Piranha and be able to train with the club.

All members must be members of Triathlon Ireland if you want to partake in any training sessions or races. The TI membership is your insurance cover and without it you cannot train. You have 2 choices, 1. Associate membership of TI cost €15 and covers you for all training with Piranha but no racing. 2 Full Membership of TI cost € 50 and this covers you for all training and racing for the year. If you are not a member of TI go on line and join and make sure you select PIRANHA as your club.

You also need to be a paid up member of Piranha. If you are paying by standing order please check that your standing order rolled over into a new year went through in January. Or if you pay the reduced annual fee of € 200 you can do so on line through the TI site.

The Piranha membership officer is now able to log into the TI website and download the current list of paid up TI / Piranha members. 

The full list of members will be posted at the end of January and if you are not on the membership list you will not be able to train with Piranha or enter the pool in Westwood as you are not insured. There will be no acceptations
