Malahide Race Series

Please note that this is not a Piranha run event. While it is being run by a piranha member, this is a seperate entity to the club and so while your participation is encouraged it is not essential. (Piranha committee)

Introducing the malahide race series. We have 3 fantastic races over 3 classic distances all set in the amazing grounds of Malahide castle. 

First up is the 5km flyer  which will be on Sunday 7th April at 11am  and will be the same course as the John Davis Run 

Next up is  the 5 mile pacer  which will be 3 weeks later on Saturday 27th April starting at 11am 

and Finally we have the 10km tester  which is 4 weeks later on Sunday 26th May at 11am

All races are limited to 300 runners and with entries already strong we hope to see the first race sell out  in mid March. The cost is € 15 per race or we have a fantasic deal of € 38.00 for all 3 races. You can enter on line on Run Ireland  www.runireland.com. click on race entries and enter search word ‘malahide’ . Any Piranha willing to help steward at one race will get free entry into the other 2 races.( contact John Wallnutt)  All races will be timing chipped with prizes for first 3 home as well as first over 40 ( male & Female) We will also have a King & Queen of the castle for the winers of the over all series ( must run all 3) 

The malahide run series charity partner is Our Ladys Hospital for Sick Children Crumlin and will benefit for the proceeds of the series
