Dear Members,

I am delighted to announce that on Saturday, 4 December 2010 Gavin Noble and Harry Wiltshire (Driven2tri coach and ITU Professional) will deliver a triathlon specific swimming clinic exclusively for members of the club. While Gavin needs no introduction, Harry is widely regarded as one of the finest open water triathlon swimmers on the international circuit as well as being a Level 3 British Triathlon Coach, Driven to Tri Head Coach and a Performance Development Manger for Triathlon England.

PLEASE NOTE THE SWIM CLINIC IS LIMITED TO 20 AND, AS OF 3.15PM ON SUNDAY 14.11.2010, IS NOW FULL.  

ANYONE POSTING UP AFTER CILLIAN WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST AND WILL BE CONTACTED SHOULD SOMEONE DROP OUT.

The day long clinic is limited to 20 members only and will include pool based and theory sessions.

The time table for the day is as follow:

Swim session 1: Westwood Clontarf 7.00a.m. – 9.00a.m. (on pool deck for 6.45a.m.)

Transfer to Irishtown Stadium

Swim theory session: 10.00a.m. – 12.00p.m.

Lunch Westwood Clontarf

Swim session 2: Westwood Clontarf 2.00p.m. – 4.00p.m.
