Coaching Support Needed – time to give back

We have heard from our chairman about the amazing training offered across the club (74 cent a session!!!) as well as the surge in membership numbers and now we need your help to ensure this continues. We have record numbers across all levels and with this comes additional demands on all resources. Club budgets for 2013 are tight and so the club is looking to its membership to give a little back when it comes to training. Our plan is to establish a pool of support coaches who will offer their time and experience to assist in all three disciplines at various levels. It will be for a predetermined period of time and will offer benefits both for the club and the lucky member. There will be a compensatory element but as mentioned we are hoping that this will be more driven by the desire to support your club.

Attached you will find some job specs for each discipline – don’t be put off by the “formal feel” they are merely a way of setting out expectations for both parties.
