Following a review of the training structure of the club by the training committee a number of alterations have been made. Please read on for further details.

Swim Training
Currently members are entitled to swim twice a week with the club. Swim Training takes place in Westwood Clontarf from 7am to 8am Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please refer to the website for the various levels catered for on each morning.
Sunday night swimming has been cancelled.
**NEW** – Saturday morning now features a brick session with members swimming from 8am – 9am followed by a run on clontarf strand. This session commences on the 29th of October and is open to all members (regardless of the number of times you swim Monday to Friday). This session will also progress during the year and include Swim, Bike, Run sessions and club test days.
Run Training
Run training continues at UCD at 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Club Head Coach Elena Maslova will take this session. This caters for all levels.
Following Swim training on Saturday morning Run training continues for members leaving from Westwood Clontarf at 9:15am . Again all levels are catered for here.
Bike Training
All bike groups regardless of level will now meet in the Dublin City Council Astro Turf Pitches car park beside clontarf road dart station. All levels will depart here for 9:00am sharp for varied spins. This commences Sunday the 30th of October.

Its time to dust off those swim toys and bring them along to training. Going forward all members attending swim sessions should have the following equipment with them,
Fins
Pull Buoy
Paddles
Band
If you don’t have any of the above and not sure of what to buy just have a chat with head coach Elena Maslova and she can advise what is best. Buying equipment can be expensive so don’t feel obliged to buy everything straight away. This is just a gentle reminder that we will be increasingly using theses pieces of equipment in the coming weeks and months. Beginners in particular should have a pull buoy and fins in their swim bag,
