Chi Running session

Following on from the interest expressed in the Chi Running article posted earlier in the month Bernard Hanratty has successfully negotiated a date of Saturday 19th January as the day that Catriona McKiernan can facilitate a Chi Running training day.

This will take place at the Castleknock Hotel and will cost €125.  This increase is down to the fact there is access required to a room with television for analysis and exercise instruction.  This will also include your lunch for the day.
