Midweek Winter Cycle Training – 2019

From January there will be a change to the mid-week cycle training.

The Thursday evening turbo sessions in Sutton will no longer continue.

The Wednesday evening turbo sessions with Casso at the Star of the Sea in Sandymount will continue offering small, free of charge turbo classes with individual feedback from our own A1 – classified cycling coach.

Additionally the club is offering a subsidised spinning class at Andy Kenny Spinning on Pearse Street. The six-week block of classes will start on Wednesday January 9th at 7:15pm and last for one hour. A second block will follow.

The cost of each block is €30. Please add your name to this sign-up sheet so we know how many spinning bikes to reserve.  Pay using the following PayPal button:
