Health matters do not include LT as part of the test from my understanding and as such, dilutes the value of the test itself in my opinion.
I have used Bernard Donne in TCD for a number of years and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Yup you can hop on Pablo – same payment deadline applies though – ie need the wedge by Weds

@alan – yes thurs run at SMP is on – this will be lead by one of the assistant coaches where as the main Sat session will be lead by Maria

Yes and I would prefer to ride a diamond hooved unicorn to work instead of having to drive but that is not going to happen – either is a diff time to 7:15 – so are you in or out Barry?

Ok from the looks of things – we would be having the S&C session from 19:15 – 20:15 on a Friday in Pearse St.
Cost (still to be finally confirmed) likely to be €65 for the block of 10 ….. possibly cheaper depending on a club subsidy …
So request that those 13 people who have expressed interest thus far confirm that this slot would work for them….
Plus to make this work we would realistically need in excess of 15 punters – so will give people a deadline of 9pm on Weds 6th Nov to confirm or register interest if they have not done so before.
So say it to your pals who may not check the site …. Deadline is a coming!!!!
