Training will go ahead as normal tomorrow night. Tonight’s session was cancelled due to insufficient chlorine levels in the water, apparently it takes a few hours to adjust it to correct levels.

If anyone has yet to email on their 200m & 400m to Kris, please do so. It will help set the pace for each lanes and ultimately improve the quality of the sessions.

I know what you mean, unfortunately there are people in after us in some of the lanes at 10am so we’ll stick to a 9am start for uniformity.
