    Thanks to all the Piranha supporters! Well done all for finishing on a tough day for long distance running and particular congratulations to birthday girl, Sue, for an outstanding performance, and to Maria for what sounded like a heroic effort that just fell short. 😎

    Thanks, Tadgh and all those supporting us as we went past Garda HQ. Some of even managed to smile. I’d say those running alongside us were wondering who the mad ones were!

    Bit late to the game, but having confirmed that body is able and mind is willing, I am in!

    Got the testing done with Emmett at perfectpacing.com. He takes blood samples and measures lactate – very professional and interesting test, IMO.
