    Hi debra, I don’t think so as we normally run after swimming on a sat morning and this hasn’t been possible lately due to the closure of the pool in westwood, so I’m presuming the runs will start up again when WW re-opens which will be sat 27th Sept.

    roll up roll up – moody and his ever expanding ego 🙄 , will be showing us all how to perfect the art of tumble turning in UCD pool on Friday morning. This will culminate in the inaugrural “tumble-turn off”. Scores on the board will be determined by the brilliant and inspiring coach Jack (he reads the forum).

    BRING….IT….ON…..Moody + ego. I’m not afraid of either of you, no matter how good you think you are 👿 😈

    **due to an inner ear problem, Linda Clarke will be doing my tumbles for me

    Hi vivienne if you email sean at s.kinane@ yahoo.ie he’ll let you know what he has available. He’s reduced the fee to €50 for piranha members so make sure you tell him that you got his details from me.

    He’s due to meet up with maria in the next few weeks to go through all our results as well so get an apt sooner rather than later 😀

    Please note: From irishtown stadium:

    The date for the track works has been set today to begin on the 11th of August. The company who has won the tender have indicated they expect the track works to take anywhere between six and ten weeks depending on the weather. They have set a provisional completion date of 12th of October. During the whole of the works the entire track area will be unavailable to use including the infield, jump and throwing areas.

    Therefore, this Thursday will be the last track session until it re-opens in October.
    After discussing this with Maria, it has been decided to move the session in the interim to the adjacent park. Time and meeting point will remain the same and we can still use the facilites at the stadium (lockers, bathrooms etc).

    Hi All,

    Been onto Health Matters and Sean actually has some spots available this Saturday (the next Sat he has is the 23rd of August, and you won’t be able to do that cause you’ll be volunteering for DCT! 😉 )

    So if anyone wants to go ahead with an apt this sat, please let me know asap (eshillingm@yahoo.co.uk),
    Cost will be either €50 or €55 depending on the amount of people who go to him.

    Location is Westpark gym in Tallaght (http://www.westpark.ie/en/facilities/gym” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;) and the test lasts approx 45 mins. Full details are avail here: http://www.myhealthmatters.ie/vo2-testing/vo2-run-testing/” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;

    So let me know:
    a) if you want an apt for this sat.
    b) if you want an evening apt in the next couple of weeks.

    Thanks
