Sorry, Paul. Haven’t managed to be able to organise that.

Absolutely right, John. Apologies – I’m getting ahead of myself, some of the dates will be in July.

Just to confirm: 24th JUNE is correct. That is tomorrow.

Congratulations, John. That’s fantastic progress and very inspirational. A great mix of humour and grit – what triathlon is about, really. I just need to compare notes and make sure I’m not in any races that you have signed up for! An Age Group win can’t be far away! Keep it up.

    Cheers,

Please feel free to come along to as many sessions as you wish or can attend. I’m hoping John will be joining in a bit of training etc. with us so that you will see him at a few sessions as well. He might even do a race! I will try and bring John to join in a Saturday coffee session as well as this would be a great place for a few informal chats.

Good suggestion, Barry. I’ll just have to check out the recording options as we may get into copyright issues etc.

    Phil.

Also an Aquathon (what’s the difference between an Aquathlon and an Aquathon?) in Bray on Wed at 7.30pm organised by Wicklow Tri Club.

Thanks, guys. There is no limit on numbers but it would help to get an idea of how many of you might like to attend – I can book a room to suit then.

If there is room for 65, can I add myself to the list? Sorry, thought I was going to be away but am not.

    Thanks a mill,

Thanks, Steven – great organisation and a great session. Thanks to the volunteers. We should do it again. Like all Piranha outings, it was good fun.

Best of luck, Paul. Look forward to hearing all about it.

If you could take the Club Iron Man Record off Moody, it would be a big help! 🙂

    Safe travels,

    Dear Experienced Steve,

I hope to be able to make it and will be happy to help out where needed. You can even draft off me (again) 😉

Apologies, Bernard – I am in Germany this weekend: otherwise I would have been happy to help and will gladly do so on another occasion.

Please could all Piranhas reading this think about whether they can help, even if it means re-organising the Sunday spin. Try a shorter, harder session on the bike and then recover with a dip in the sea 🙂

Bernard and the other guys and gals on the Committee (excluding me, I just push paper about the desk!) put a lot of effort in behind the scenes organising these events (TTs, New to Tri, Transition Training etc.)and they compromise their own training a little in the process. So please don’t leave them hanging when the call for help goes out … see if you could spare a little bit of time for the Club.

These session are always fun and its a good chance to get to know some new faces.

    Hope its a great day.

    Cheers,

    Phil
