I did some of his Thursday evening, 90 minute spinning classes this year.

Really excellent sessions, proper cycle-specific spinning classes. They fill up quick in the new year.

I’ve heard good things about the Toepeak bags. The rack can clamp to the seatpost and you can get quite a bit in.

Barcelona was a great half this year, at least the bike was. The run, as is often the case, was a bit dull.

I think I’m down for Mallorca again, it has one steady climb, lots of fast flat sections and the 4 lap run is better.
