    Hi,
    The organisers of Roth have given me a number of codes to allow people to register for 2015 if they like. However unfortunately the closing date for this registration is today. So if you’d like a code, send me a PM today and i’ll reply with your unique code and details on how to register.

    This code will no longer work after today, but you can register when it opens for general registration after this years race and again in December 2014.

    Some wise words but I would caution people on one part! If you find your bike online for Sale.
    DO NOT CONTACT THE SELLER.

    Contact the Gardai, let them do the job correctly and professionally. Confronting the seller/burglar yourself will lead to all kinds of issues.

    High tide today is at 11:08pm, low tide at 4:32, which means there won’t be much water in seapoint at 7:30. Maybe relocate to 40ft or killiney beach, I will be swimming in 40ft at 7 with a few more.

    I think it’d be cool if we had a piranha running vest, for those competing in marathons both half and full.

    Also matching colour tri top and shorts would be awesome!
