    I had a bike fitting with Ian last year in prep for Roth and I can honestly say its the best euro 130 you will in tri this year . Free speed , better comfort , run faster off the bike , avoid injuries . A bike fit is a must. This particular method takes the guess work out it. By the way Ian has not paid me to say this just my own opinion!

    On the off chance is anyone going out there this afternoon (Thursday) ) and then also going swimming in UCD tommorrow. Maybe you could pick up my order Derek Leahy and I could get it off you at swimming tommorrow. Its along shot but post up if that kind long shot is you ! Thanks

    PS note swimkit at NAC closes 4pm today , 6pm on friday and 5pm over the weekends, just spoke to Nicky at swimkit.
