The schedule is based on 4 days of running per week.
Day 3 is the Frank Duffy 10 mile. If you cant race tomorrow you try for a 10 mile time trail yourself.
Day 4 then is the long run – 1 hr 40 very easy pace as legs will be tired after the race/TTGood luck if you’re racing!
