Hi Peter, yeah their heading from the car park opposite it @8.30 now I don’t have anyone to lead the intermediate group so if you want to jump in that group you should be fine, or I’ll be taking the begineers/New to Tri group @9 at Westwood if that suits better.
CassocassoParticipantcassoParticipantHi Guys,
I was talking to Dave in the Top Bike Shop Clontarf, http://www.topbicycleshop.ie/
They are going to put the sessions on a Wednesday night from 7-9.30pm.
They will be on consecutive weeks from Wednesday 11th of March (max 6 per class).
Please add your name to which week suits, please don’t remove or move anyone else’s name without their permission.

Please send an email to Dave in TOP BIKE SHOP manager@topbicycleshop.ie with the Reference Piranha Bike Maintenance Course, your name, contact number and what date you are attending on, he will be sending all notes/info via email.
They are not charging for these classes and giving up their own time, so please return the favour and give them your business as a thank you. He also mentioned cake for the evening your attending 🙂

cassoParticipantYeah John,
Cyclocross is great fun and also one of the hardest most painful racing hrs on a bike that you could experience. I love it ! Definitely worth a go if your interested.
Was a shame the session was cancelled unfortunately we had to make that call, health and safety is more important.
CassocassoParticipantJust waiting on Dave from Top Bike Shop to get back to me with Dates I think it will be early February.
Will post up as soon as I know
CassocassoParticipantPlenty of Room, see you about 8
CassocassoParticipantGuys try to be there for 8 so we can get started about 8.15.
CassocassoParticipantLoads of room, free parking and plenty of it, so NO EXCUSES, if you have a yoga mat bring that too ! Bring a woolly hat too to go with a change of clothes for afterwards.
CassocassoParticipantUnfortunately John we have very few options that do not have traffic lights or traffic, roads won’t be busy between 9-11 on a Sunday morning there is a bike lane from Clontarf to Howth, also a bike lane from Howth to Sutton, there is a good surface from baldoyle to malahide. And on the way back there is a hard/shoulder from swords to airside and a bikelane/little used bus lane to santry. Then back the malahide road there is also a bike lane. If your heading to the naul you are taking in most of the above roads you are saying are terrible, plus there are tractors and trucks using the R108 and having a new group of cyclists is probably a bit more dangerous on a country road would you not think ! Especially since they are new to group riding having a route with cycle lanes would probably be a bit more sensible/safer in my opinion. Thanks for your input though John
cassoParticipantNo Jean we’ll kick off @9am, Weather looks fine for Sunday, a little windy but fine.
