    Hi Guys,
    Sunday’s weather looks ok for the morning but bring a rain jacket,
    Yeah Peter, we can accommodate you, If we meet at the yellow house @8.30 and get a good 2-3 hr spin in would that suit, or meet @ westwood and do a similar spin.
    Anyone else interested ?

    Guys I’ll decide in the morning depending on the weather, If it’s raining we will head to Howth and do some hill reps, if it’s dry we will head to Ballyboughal

    Agree these TT’s are a great way to get used to the harder efforts or racing and bring some great experience from participating (bring your runners and make it a quick brick) unfortunately I’ve a wedding to attend to on the 18th, I may be there for the final one.

    Tips wise Go hard and leave it all on the road, Learn where your Limit is and keep it either on it or just below it. Find something to focus on besides the pain in your legs (it will hurt, but only briefly).

    Hi Guys,
    Advanced will be led by Steven Moody
    Intermediates will be led by James Northridge
    Beginners will be led by John Lyons.

    Make sure you have adequate food/drink some cash for coffee/cakes spare tubes/tyre levers/pump/Co2 and a rain cape.
    Helmets are compulsory, No Helmet No Spin.
