Hi,

Team is nearly fait accompli except for the final leg 8 – its a 10km route that is the flattest of all the legs + you get finishing kudos in the ‘Dying Cow’ pub in Tinahely 🙂

Hi,

Team Entry has been secured so dust off your trail shoes 🙂

I will send out an email over the weekend – I think I have everyone’s email except Diarmuid (can you IM me ur address)

Also we are short 1 runner (+ a back-up/super-sub for stand by) – I am sending out scouting texts but if you know anyone let me know.
