Moody, we’ll miss you!
BernardParticipantBecause TriAthy do not use the TI Registration system, your club details do not automatically get posted to their records. On their TriAthy registration system each athlete has to complete (or not John!) the Club Field.
However, the TI systems will be updated by reference to your TI Membership Number and your National Series points will be appropriately allocated.
Bernard
BernardParticipantCiara, Cathal,
when you register on Saturday can you ask them to add “Piranha TC” to their registration files – that way the published results should include your club.
Thanks
BernardParticipant70 Piranha’s in action – FANTASTIC!!! Best of luck to all.
And 61 registered for the Club Champs Dinner on Sunday!
Will, thanks for all the work on the National Series Strategy and the ‘Survival Guide for Athy’

BernardParticipantPeter, I called around to 5 shops earlier in the year to see if we could set-up something for visiting 70.3 triathletes. I got a negative from each shop.
Best bet is to get a racing triathlete (of a similar size) to lend a training bike to your friend – assuming they are racing on a TT.
Bernard
BernardParticipantI’ll take your spot on Friday please Niamh!
Bernard
BernardParticipantWell done to the 34 Piranha’s who took to the water this morning at the Bull Wall – and particular congratulation to those for whom it was a first ever Open Water Swim! The conditions were tough – with a strong wind and choppy waters. However, next time you know that the swim should be easier.
Thanks very much to our coaches Sinead and Kris for your support on land and on the water (or in the water in Kris’s case:o))
Thanks to John Lyons for the kayak and the effort of walking it from your home to the bull wall.
Finally, thanks to the volunteers who supported the swimmers from land and sea: Maros, James Northridge, Darragh, Ross, Paul and Catherine Leavy.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

BernardParticipantSuper – we’ve reached our volunteer quota – many thanks.
Maros, James, Darragh – please bring our wetsuits and be prepared to join the swimmers in the morning.
Paul M – can you bring your wet-suit as a back-up? But primary job is as a counter of people in and out of water.
Catherine and Bernard – land based spotters.
Wolf, can you please bring hour Kayak?
See y’all at 9.50 am please at the bull wall.
Bernard
BernardParticipantFolks,
the list is standing at 24 for Sunday’s swim. If there are any more additional names, please add them to the list asap.
Daireen, Rachel, John – we have sufficient volunteers so you guys can join the crew in the water :o))
Looking forward to a great day

BernardParticipantBump!
BernardParticipantMe too please!!!!
BernardParticipantI’m up for an Ironman next year. As it will be my first I’d rather give Lanza, Nice or Norseman a miss. I’d also like a race later in the season – the NS can then be integrated into the training schedule. Thanks guys.
