Sorry for the delay! Done!
AnthonyMKeymasterWell done to all the Piranhas who came out and braved the elements this morning in St. Anne’s – particularly our new to tri crew who were out in force! Results here:

5th December 2014 at 4:47 pm in reply to: For Sale: Garmin Forerunner 910XT Triathlon Bundle & extras #4940AnthonyMKeymasterHugh, where did you get your 920xt? I’be been trawling the net to get one asap and can’t find one that’ll arrive this side of christmas…..
AnthonyMKeymasterHi Paul,
I have your fins and will see you on Sat.

AnthonyMKeymasterNice one! I’ll be there on sat!
Ps. You’ll need a nose clip!
AnthonyMKeymasterHi Paul,
Stephen Eustace has your fins and is keeping them safe for you. You can pm him via the forum to get in contact with him if you don’t have his number.
Cheers!

Still looking to shift these. Looking for €630 ONO for the lot
AnthonyMKeymasterWestwood, UCD both fine for me. Yellow house is fine but is difficult to get to through town if you live Northside. Irishtown stadium might also be a good meeting point as it’s quite central. Might also be worth meeting in Phoenix park and heading west from time to time. Some great roads out that direction!
AnthonyMKeymasterNice one Moody!! (and Ellen!)
AnthonyMKeymasterI’ll actually make it this week! Will be doing ~50min @ 5:00/km
see y’all there!
AnthonyMKeymasterI did the Health Matters tests last Feb and I found the results to be inaccurate. While my anaerobic threshold hr was about right, my aerobic threshold hr was way off (+10bpm) and would have meant I was going too hard when I was meant to be aerobic.
As the guys mentioned above. The health matters test does not take a lactate profile (finger prick test) so the gas mask only tells you part of the story.
I’ll be booking in to see Bernard very soon.
AnthonyMKeymasterJohn, I might be selling my Garmin FR210. Will need to sort out the new watch first but will let you know. A
AnthonyMKeymasterHi Niall,
The coaches have asked that we bring our training aids to all sessions. It’s up to you as to weather or not you want to bring the gear but the sessions might require them.
AnthonyMKeymasterBaum-chicka-waa-waaw!!!
AnthonyMKeymasterWell done to all the Piranha runners yesterday. Very tough day for it so great to see everyone making it home in one piece (more or less). Paula Radcliffe famously said that she used to take a day off running for every mile she raced – so put the feet up, eat all around you and we might see some of you in the pool next week (the food will make you float better)!
