The winter turbo sessions start this Monday in St Anthonys Hall at 2015. As you will need a little time to get set up aim to arrive about 10 mins beforehand. There is lots of parking by the hall which you can access through laneway off St Lawrence’s Rd – first left coming from seafront. Coaching will be expertly led by Ian Cassidy who also has a few spare turbos so even if you don’t have a turbo there will likely be one available for you. So NO excuses!

*Bike
*Turbo
*Cycling gear/shoes
*Water/Electrolytes
*yoga mat to go under bike to protect floor from your sweat!
*Towel
*Warm dry clothes to change into afterwards
*Recovery fuel
*Garmin/HR monitor if you use
