Monday 5 October
Swim at UCD. Coached by Anthony Mulholland. Swim time: 7.30am – 8.30am
Max 15 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online.
AGM – 7.30 – see WA for details of zoom.
Tuesday 6 October
7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria / Gary . Participants must be preregistered online. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre.
7.00pm Run Session at Clontarf Promenade . Participants must be preregistered online. This is a MEMBER-LED session to do the session set out by Maria.
Wednesday 7 October
7pm – Zoom turbo session led by cycling coach, Ian Cassidy. Zwift meet-up available too. Please add Ian Cassidy on Zwift to be added to the meet-up. Zoom details below.

Thursday 8 October
8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track. Participants must enter the track from the side entrance and must be preregistered online.
Friday 9 October
7.00am to 8.00am – UCD Swim Session. Currently operating at 2 lanes and 5 people per lane. Max 10 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online.
Saturday 10 October:
No sessions.
Sunday 11 October:
8.30am – Club spins – meet at Westwood, Clontarf – further details to follow closer to the weekend. Participants must be preregistered online.
