– 7.00am Swim Session – 2 x Lanes Adv, 1 x Lane Upper Inter – Westwood

Assist – Paul Mooney– 7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria McCambridge.
Wednesday 1st June
Howth Hill Session with Bike Coach Ian Cassidy. All levels welcome.
– 6.45pm – Meet on the cycle lane at bottom of Watermill Road/Causeway Rd (entrance to Bull Island). This to avoid the roadworks as a group.
– 7.00pm – Meet Outside Marine Hotel, Sutton Crossroads.Thursday 2nd June
– 7.00am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood
Coach – Kris– 8.00pm Run Session with Maria McCambridge. Irishtown Track is closed this week for maintenance so session will be held in Sean Moore Park (Next to Irishtown Stadium). Hugh will meet everyone at 8pm in the stadium’s reception then make their way to the adjacent park. – 9.00am – Meet at Westwood to cycle to The Yellow House, Rathfarnham for the Sunday Spin – Dublin/Wicklow Mountains area, Casso to post up the route on club whatsapp groups on Sat 28th May.

No coach tonight due to the bank holiday, set will be posted up in advance for anyone who wishes to complete it or also feel free to come along for an easy bank holiday paddle/splash.Monday 6th June (Bank Holiday)
– No Session – Bank HolidayAlas, no more training plans due it finally being race season! In the coming days I’ll posting up some tips on how to stay fresh during race season.

Meet at the Sean Moore Park, corner gate by the crossroads on the Sandymount Strand road
10mins jog around the park (or park at Irishtown and jog down, or park at the GAA Grounds and jog around)
tempos effort of 5mins, 4mins, 3mins, 2mins, 1min, 2mins, 3mins, 4mins, 5mins, all with a 1 minute jog in between recovery -
