Run 7pm UCD. Meeting point at UCD sports centre.
Wednesday
Bike intervals/ brick session 6:45pm @ Papal cross, phoenix park. Circuit will be the DCT route for the first few weeks.
Open water swim sesssion – Uncoached/ Members Southside Sea Swim Meetup – Ciaran has very kindly offered to run with this every wednesday. Please note that it is uncoached. Further details and exact location will be posted by ciaran on the forum.
Thursday
Swim 7-8am WW (please park in the overflow car park.)
Run 7:45pm Irishtown track.
Friday
Swim 7-8am WW & UCD
(Extra swim slot available from 6:30 to 7am every Friday in WW, please note this is to accommodate those who would like an extra long session, it is not coached so do your own session from 6.30 to 7 then you can join in on the main set.)

Saturday
Swim: 8:15am WW.
Run: 9.35 at WW reception.

Club Spin: 9am. Please keep an eye on the forum later in the week for details of the Club spin. Anthony will be leading the cycle this week.
