    Piranha swim session [Improver/Intermediate] 21:15 – 22:15 Westwood Clontarf

    Tuesday 30th June
    Piranha swim session [Intermediate/advanced only] 07:00 – 08:00 WW Clontarf.
    UCD run session with Maria McCambridge @7pm

    Weds 1st July
    Sports Psychology talk – Swim focus – post up if coming

    Bike road session gathering WW @7pm and 7:25pm from Marine Hotel for Howth hill repeats

    Piranha swim session [Intermediate/Advanced] 07:00 – 08:00 UCD – for pre-registered members only

    Saturday 4th July
    Piranha swim session [All levels] 08:15 – 09:15 WW Clontarf.
    9:40 meet at WW reception for run session with Maria McCambridge

    Sun 5th July
    Long club spin – leaving WW @8am and @8:30 Yellow House [check site for confirmation as we are in race season ya hear!]
    TriAthlone National champs Half Ironman distance – good luck piranhas

    3000m at threshold pace (half marathon pace) 3mins rec
    1500m at 5km pace
    8 by 50/60 sprints after
    Cool down 1500m loop
