Tuesday 25th August
7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria / Gary . Participants must be preregistered online. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre.
Wednesday 26th August
7pm – Bike session with Coach Ian Cassidy – meet across from Tree of Life, St Anne’s Park at the junction of Watermill Road and James Larkin Road. Bring your runners to run afterwards! Participants must be preregistered online.
Thursday 27th August
6.30pm – 7:30pm: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.
8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track. Participants must enter the track from the side entrance and must be preregistered online.
Friday 28th August
7.00am to 8.00am – UCD Swim Session. Participants must be preregistered online.
Saturday 29th August:
8:45am – 9:45am: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one-hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.
Sunday 30th August:
8.30am – Club spins – meet at Westwood, Clontarf – further details to follow closer to the weekend. Participants must be preregistered online.
