Tuesday 22 September
7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria / Gary . Participants must be preregistered online. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre. Participants must be preregistered online.
Wednesday 23 September
7pm – Zoom turbo session led by cycling coach, Ian Cassidy. Zwift meet-up available too. Please add Ian Cassidy on Zwift to be added to the meet-up. Zoom details below.

Thursday 24 September
6.30pm – 7:30pm: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.
8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track. Participants must enter the track from the side entrance and must be preregistered online.
Friday 25 September
7.00am to 8.00am – UCD Swim Session. Currently operating at 3 lanes and 5 people per lane. Max 15 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online.
Saturday 26 September:
8:45am – 9:45am: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one-hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.
Sunday 27 September:
8.30am – Club spins – meet at Westwood, Clontarf – further details to follow closer to the weekend. Participants must be preregistered online.
