    Hi all,

    Hope everyone is enjoying the good weather and getting plenty of training in.

    Remember as we are getting closer to race season to keep the intensity high in your sessions.

    Monday 16th May
    – 8.30pm New to Tri Coffee – Westwood – POC John Lyons
    – 9.00pm Swim Session – Improvers Only – Westwood
    Coach – Kris

    Tuesday 17th May
    – 7.00am Swim Session – 2 x Lanes Adv, 1 x Lane Upper Inter – Westwood
    Coach – Tim
    Assist – Paul Mooney

    – 7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria McCambridge. Hill session on Fosters Ave. Meet at UCD Sports Centre @ 7.00pm.

    Wednesday 18th May
    Howth Hill Session with Bike Coach Ian Cassidy. All levels welcome.
    – 6.45pm – Meet on the cycle lane at bottom of Watermill Road/Causeway Rd (entrance to Bull Island). This to avoid the roadworks as a group.
    – 7.00pm – Meet Outside Marine Hotel, Sutton Crossroads.

    Thursday 19th May
    – 7.00am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood
    Coach – Anthony Mulholland
    Assistant Coach – Bob

    – 8.00pm Track Session with Maria McCambridge. Irishtown Stadium. All Levels welcome.

    Friday 20th May
    – 7.00am Swim with Anthony Mulholland – All Levels – Westwood
    – 7.00am Swim with Jack – UCD

    Saturday 21st May
    – 8.15am – 9.45am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood (Option to leave after 1 hour)
    Coach – Kris
    -10.00am – Optional Long Run, member led. Meet in reception at Westwood at 10am.

    Sunday 22nd May
    – 9.00am – Meet at Westwood to cycle to The Yellow House, Rathfarnham for the Sunday Spin – Dublin/Wicklow Mountains area, Casso to post up the route on club whatsapp groups on Sat 14th May.
    – 9.30am – Sunday Spin Departs from The Yellow House. Dublin/Wicklow Mountains area, Casso to post up the route on club whatsapp groups on Sat 21stth May.

    – 7.30 – 8.30pm – Swim Session Intermediates Only– Westwood
    Coach – Tim
    Assistant Coach – Louise

    Note, all weekly bike and run sessions are available on the training plans page in the ‘TRAINING SCHEDULE; Pre Competition/Peak ‘2nd – 29th May’ file. The week ahead is Pre Comp/Peak – Week 3. You must be logged onto Piranha website to access training plan.
