Hi all –
The committee would like to acknowledge some of the fine work our members have been doing on behalf of the club, as such we are celebrating our volunteer of the month for May.
Our bikes are one of the most important pieces of equipment we have and knowing how to care for, and perform basic repairs to your bike is key to being self sufficient on a ride and for the longevity of the bike. Luis Enrique Hernandez recently volunteered to put on a bike maintenance course for our members and provided vital tips and demonstrations to those who attended on the day.
This sort of generosity is a big part of our identity in Piranha and we are very grateful to Luis for volunteering his time and sharing his expertise with others. Luis will receive a One4All voucher as a token of our appreciation.
Our club is entirely volunteer dependant and could not continue without members helping with the day to day activities. Thank you again to all our club members who help out!
