Moving this to a separate thread – as otherwise the original one will go on forever …. and moving forward – request the first person posting their attendance confirmation for future turbo sessions starts up a thread for that week ….
Please post up if you intend on making the Thursday 15th Jan Turbo session – Star of the Sea School, Sandymount 20:15-21:30. (google search for it if you don’t know where it is … spoiler alert .. it is on the Southside)
NB this session is free as cost of hall covered by club and is suitable for all levels.
What you will need
– turbo
– bike that fits into your turbo
– water
– recovery food for afterwwards
– sweat towel
– change of clothes for after this sweatfest
– a can do attitude
– a willingness to condemn the brussel sprout as the most evil of all God’s creations*
