TI Youth Duathlon Training – Dec 6, 13, 20

for those of you with children interested in the sport, TI are hosting 3 duathlon training days at Base2Race in December for children of 10 years and over.

Event: parent and child duathlon training (10 years plus)
Location: Base 2 Race, Fashion CIty, Ballymount.
Time: 2 pm to 4 pm
Cost: 8 euro per family

Dates: 6th, 13th and 20th December

TI will be using Tymon Park for the running and the cycling will be on the road so the children must be comfortable cycling on roads. We will aim to get a good work out for the parents as well.
