I was contacted by Aldo Basola who is a 57-year old Ironman veteran who is coming to Ireland for two weeks in July specifically to improve his English for international triathlon events as Technical Official in Italy and TO International level 2 as well as work, and also train with Irish triathletes.
He still trains 3+ times a week : swim 3000mt each time, ride bike 2 times from 100 km. and more, running 10 km 1 time a week.
