I will be posting a sign-up thread for UCD swimming on the forum on Sunday at 6pm. Reply on the thread leaving your full name and the lane you swim in.

Where is it – UCD Sports Centre

When – Fridays at 7am

Who’s it for – There are 2 lanes.
The intermediate lane is for swimmers who can swim at a pace of 1:40 to 2:20 on a set of five 100’s
The Advanced lane swimmers should be able swim at 1:25-1:40 on a set of five 100’s

There are 14 slots in each lane, we expect it to fill quickly. Get online in time to secure your place. This allocation will run from Friday the 23rd of January until the end of May

Bernard’s spot is available in the intermediate lane. There’s also a spot free in the advanced lane. Take your pick.
