    Reminder, swimming will start at 06:45 and finish at 07:45 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in WW this week. The session is still just 1 hour long, so everyone must be out at 07:45 please.

    Reset those alarms!

    Saturdays session will be 1.5 hours from this week, so 8:15 to 9:45.

    The UCD swim is still at 7am on Fridays.

    I must have missed this announcement. Is this permanent from now on?

    What time is the Saturday run on now?

    Hi Paul,

    These times are permanent. There is no longer a coached run session on Saturday but there will be an unofficial group run at 10:00 for those who wish to run after swimming although I don’t know how many will run if they will have done a long swim already.
