ALL Groups are to meet at Westwood in Clontarf at 8.50am for a 9.00am depature.
Group 1: Route is 40km with Bike Leads David Bradish and Susan Wylie (https://www.strava.com/routes/12057539)

Group 3: Route is 80-90km with Bike Lead Tom McEnery (https://www.strava.com/routes/12057366)

Note: If you are heading out on the club spin, please wear some sort of high-vis jacket/gilet to ensure you are visible to all drivers on the road.
Also, for insurance reasons, only signed up members to Piranha will be permitted on the group spins.
As always, please remember good bike discipline while out on a club spin:
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Call any obstacles that may be blocking part of the road including potholes, parked cars, pedestrians.
** Bring a puncture repair kit with you, including two spare tubes.
