Sunday Spin 17th July

This weeks member led spin will start from Westwood, leaving at 0830. Improvers will be led by Helen Dowdall and will head to Ballyboughal and Naul. Dave Hatton will lead Advanced group to Bellewstown and back via Garristown so about 100km. If there are enough people a third group (Intermediates) will be led by Noel Kelly also going Northside.
Please remember to fill in the sign up sheet before you leave and preferably on Saturday so leaders have an idea on numbers. Have a good spin!

Stephen Eustace will lead advanced spin in a westward direction skirting the Kildare border via Moyglare, Kilcock, Summerhill, Ratoath to westwood. Ger Fennelly will take the improvers on a loop from Westwood via Yellow House to Enniskerry. Meet at Westwood at 0820 for Advanced and Improvers.
Option for Advanced group to meet at Papal Cross at 0845/0850.
Option for improvers to meet at Yellow House, Rathfarnham at 0850 for 0900 departure.
