Details for this Sunday’s spin below. All groups meeting at Westwood Clontarf at 8.20am for an 8.30am departure.
Group 1: Heading northwards, ~50-60km, with bike Lead Trish Eadie
Group 2/3: Heading northwards, ~70-80km with bike lead Peter Sweeney
Note: May be a bitter wetter – make sure to bring your rain jacket!
As always, please remember good bike discipline while out on a club spin:
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Call any obstacles that may be blocking part of the road including potholes, parked cars, pedestrians.
** Bring a puncture repair kit with you, including two spare tubes
