    All,

    Sunday cycle returns to the Piranha Training Programme tomorrow.

    Meet at Westwood at 8.50am for a 9.00am departure.

    We will be applying the new Cycle Format – upto 4 groups (minimum 4 cyclists) with agreed pace range for each.

    Come along! Wrap up! Have full mud-guards!
