Group 1: Meeting at Westwood Clontarf at 8.50am for a 9.00am departure. Heading northwards towards Naul with Bike Leads Fintan Phelan and Marie Moran
Group 2/3: Meeting at Papel Cross in Pheonix Park at 8.20am for 8.30am departure. Heading westwards towards Kilcock for a 100-120km with bike lead Anthony Mulholland.
Note: From next week all groups will be moving to the earlier start time of 8.30am for the summer months
As always, please remember good bike discipline while out on a club spin:
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Call any obstacles that may be blocking part of the road including potholes, parked cars, pedestrians.
** Bring a puncture repair kit with you, including two spare tubes
