Sunday club spins, August 2nd

Usual Sunday club rides this Sunday meeting at 08:30 at Westwood.

Steven Moody will take the faster riders going Northside to Skerries.

Leaders for the improvers, and intermediate if we get numbers, to be advised.

Some reminders:
Let’s try to keep groups to no more than 8 per group for safety.
You must keep with the group, no racing ahead, regular up and overs. It’s the best way to keep the chat interesting
You must sign up on the contact tracing sheet.
Proper respiratory etiquette (you know what that means!) will keep the club rides going.
