I’ll be going for a spin, but I’ll have to be back home by midday at the latest because I’ve work at one. Not sure does that fit in with the group cycle.

Sunday’s weather looks ok for the morning but bring a rain jacket,
Yeah Peter, we can accommodate you, If we meet at the yellow house @8.30 and get a good 2-3 hr spin in would that suit, or meet @ westwood and do a similar spin.
Anyone else interested ?

Cheers for last week Casso – sorry for the delay in posting, its taken me until now to recover from the trauma of it all! Scores: Lovely sunny spin in the Wickla hills 10/10….leg performance and cycling ability 3/10….coach support 15/10 🙂 !

I’m toying with the idea of Randonee – based on last weeks cycling display, I could possibly still be in the hills on Sunday to meet yizzers for the coffee stop……..

But sincere cheers for your patience on Sunday Casso – and to the other 12 cyclists who were able to spin at a reasonable pace and left me behind……I now officially de-friend you all………;)
