Meet @ Westwood for 8.30am make use of the bright mornings
Beginners will be lead by John Wolfe heading towards Dun Laoghaire

Make sure your bike is in good working order tyre pumped/brakes and gears are working and you have a Helmet. No Helmet No Spin.
Don’t forget to wrap up well, it’s still cold out even though the sun is shinning.
Don’t forget Spare tubes/tyre levers/pump or Co2. Money for coffee/cake, adequate water/drink and food. Also have your TI card or some ID with you and if you have any medical conditions let the leader know before the spin.
