    WHEN? THURSDAYS

    WHERE? SEAN MOORE PARK (the steps with white railings by the seafront)

    WHAT TIME? 7pm

    HOW LONG? As long as you want, baby!

    WHAT PACE? SEXY PACE

    LEAD BY: Will “training is my love” Owens, Tadhg “silver fox” Sullivan and none other than Steven “los piernas del pollo atractivo” Moody (more ultra sexy leaders tbc)

    Hopefully see some Piranha’s at 7 for this run. I’ll be at the entrance to SMP referred to above just before 7. I’ll aim to set off at 7 or shortly after.
