OWS SESSIONS AT CLONTARF BATHS – 11.05.19 (UPDATED)

Race Season is just around the corner. Time to dust off the ole wetsuits!!!!

When: The second session is on 11th May (details below). The session will be broken into 2, 1 hour blocks, the first hour catering for the New-to-Tri and Improver members, while the second hour block will cater for the Intermediate and Advanced swimmers in our club. Both of the sessions will be coached by Anthony Mulholland and will be focused on key OWS skills.

If you plan on attending any of the sessions, please do include your name where indicated below.

How much does this cost?
It costs €5.00 per person.

What to bring:

Warm clothes for before & after (hats, gloves etc. are essential)
Trisuit or Swimsuit (+rash vest if you have one)
Wetsuit
Swim Hat x2
Goggles x2
Body Glide &/or Suit Juice
Plastic Bags
Flip Flops
Gloves (light wool gloves / running gloves / cycling gloves / gardening glovers – basically anything that will stop you putting your nails through your suit)
Water Bottle
MONEY – €5.00
(Note: If you don’t have it all, bring what you have!)

SESSION 1 – 27 APRIL – CLONTARF BATHS

The first session will be broken into two hours:
11:00 – 12:00: Newbies and Improvers.
12:00 – 13:00: Intermediate and Advanced.

SESSION 2 – 11 MAY – CLONTARF BATHS

The second session will be broken into two hours:
11:00 – 12:00: Newbies and Improvers.
12:00 – 13:00: Intermediate and Advanced.

Punctuality is key. Please ensure that you arrive at Clontarf Baths in good time (at least 10-15 minutes in advance) so that we can commence the session on time.
