I am sorry but I am heading up to Donegal for the weekend, so I will not be around in the morning.
Please do 10min warm up and cool down jog with 3/4 good quality strides after the warm up jog.
Session is 10min Threshold pace (think Half Marathon pace) with a 2min recovery jog,
6/8 by 30 seconds fast sprint/strides, 1min recovery
10min threshold pace run
